50% MBA. The thought is scary.
The fact is one needs to incorporate the learnings in one's thinking. And it is really not so easy.
When I hear CEOs speaking to us on campus, I understand the difference between an MBA and a non-MBA.
No, don't get me wrong.
It is in the way they explain any topic.
The way they would use their learning to bring a perspective different from someone else.

I am not yet there...and one needs to start thinking and fast.
The international Banks are coming to campus...and the level of competition is huge.
These banks are a different breed altogether, and only the very best can hope to make it there.
Again, as they say here, "Hope is not a good strategy".
